Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products sold by our company.

Product Delivery

  1. When a customer purchases a product, we will deliver it to the specified address (hereinafter referred to as the "delivery destination").
  2. We may outsource the delivery process to a third-party shipping company.

Delivery Timeframe

  1. We strive to ship products as soon as possible after the order is confirmed. However, delivery may take longer due to business conditions, workload, weather, traffic, or the delivery destination.
  2. We are not responsible for any damages caused by delivery delays due to:
    • Unpredictable severe traffic disruptions
    • Natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, typhoons, landslides, etc.)
    • Strikes or operational suspensions of delivery companies or public transportation

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are listed in the attached image.
  • Our products fall under Size 60, 2kg.
  • For Okinawa Prefecture, a shipping fee of 1,500 yen applies.

Handling of Undelivered Orders

  1. If delivery cannot be completed due to the following reasons, we may collect the product and charge the customer for the return shipping cost. We also reserve the right to cancel the order:
    • The recipient is unavailable, and no re-delivery request is made within the carrier's storage period.
    • The delivery address is incorrect, making delivery impossible.
    • The recipient refuses to accept the package.
  2. If our company incurs any damages due to the above situations, we may seek compensation from the customer, including reasonable legal fees.

Delivery Delays or Damage by the Shipping Company

  1. We are not responsible for delivery delays or damage caused by the shipping company.
  2. If any disputes or issues arise between the customer and the shipping company, the customer must resolve them at their own cost and responsibility. We will not be involved in such disputes.

Shipping Inquiries

If the delivery is handled by an external shipping company, please contact the carrier directly for any inquiries related to shipping.

Relationship with Terms of Use

  1. This policy is part of our Terms of Use. Any matters not covered in this policy will be governed by the Terms of Use.
  2. If there is any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Use, this Shipping Policy will take precedence.
