Refund Policy
This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refunds related to products and services sold or provided by our company.
Refund Conditions

We will issue a refund only in the following cases:
- If the product or service was not provided or was significantly delayed due to reasons attributable to our company.
- If we recognize that the product or service is defective or damaged.
- If we specifically approve a refund for other reasons.

Regardless of the above, we will not issue a refund in the following cases (unless we specifically approve it under the third condition mentioned above):
- If the product or service could not be provided or was significantly delayed due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., failure to provide necessary information or cooperation).
- If the product or service was damaged or defective due to reasons attributable to the customer.
- If the customer has already started using the product or service.
Refund Application
- If you wish to request a refund, please submit an application using the method designated by our company. The cost of the application process (e.g., communication, mailing fees) will be borne by the customer.
- Upon receiving a refund request, we will promptly review it and notify the customer of the result using our designated method.
Refund Method & Timing
- If a refund is approved, we will process it using the method designated by our company. The transaction fees (e.g., bank transfer fees) for the refund will be covered by us.
- The timing of the refund will be determined separately by our company.
Returning Products
- If a refund is issued, the customer must return the received product to the designated location using the method specified by our company within the designated period. Exceptions may apply if specifically approved by us.
- If a service has already been provided, the customer must immediately discontinue its use and restore it to its original state within the designated period.
- Any costs related to returning the product or restoring the service (e.g., shipping fees, transfer fees) will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified by our company.
Cooling-Off Policy
- As we operate through online sales, the Cooling-Off policy under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act does not apply.
- Except where specifically stated in this policy, customers cannot cancel or withdraw from a contract for a product or service. The provisions of Article 15-3, Paragraph 1 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act do not apply.
Relationship with Terms of Use
- This policy is part of our Terms of Use. Any matters not specified in this policy shall be governed by the Terms of Use.
- If there is any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Use, this Refund Policy will take precedence.
