Terms of Use
Laughloop Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") operates the online store "hey-chill.com" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). The following terms govern the use of the Site.
Article 1 (Definitions)
In these Terms of Use, the following terms are defined as follows:

Article 3 (Membership Registration)
In these Terms, a "Member" refers to an individual who fully agrees to these Terms, submits a membership registration application through the designated process, and is approved by the Company. Membership is not required to use the Site.
- Membership registration must be completed through the designated registration page by providing the necessary details.
- If registering a third party's personal information, the applicant must obtain the third party’s prior consent.
- The Company will register individuals who complete the membership process as Members.
- The Company may cancel a membership if:
- The Member has previously violated the Company’s terms and was subject to account deletion.
- False information is provided during registration.
- The Member has previously failed to fulfill payment obligations, refused to accept delivered products, or engaged in other contract violations.
- The registration was conducted without the applicant’s consent.
- The Company deems the registration inappropriate for the operation of the Service.
Article 4 (Password Management)
- Members are responsible for the strict management of their passwords.
- Members must not transfer, sell, inherit, lend, disclose, or leak their passwords to third parties without the Company's prior consent.
- If a Member suspects unauthorized use of their password, they must notify the Company immediately.
- The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by inadequate password management, misuse, or unauthorized use by third parties.
Article 5 (Changes to Registration Information)
- If any registered information changes, Members must promptly update their details using the designated method. If a Member fails to update their information, the Company will assume that previous registration details remain valid.
- The Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from a Member’s failure to update their registration information.
Article 6 (Membership Cancellation)
- Members may cancel their membership at any time by following the Company's prescribed procedures.
- Membership will be terminated once the Company processes the cancellation request and notifies the Member of its completion.
Article 7 (User Status and Restrictions)

Users agree to these Terms upon accessing the Site and are granted User status. -
User Restrictions:
- Using the Site in ways not prescribed by the Company.
- Impersonating another person to use the Service.
- Linking Service-related data to external data in an unauthorized manner.
- Gaining unauthorized access to or damaging data stored on the computers used for the Site.

- Other unforeseen circumstances where the Company deems suspension necessary.

Article 9 (External Links)
If the Site contains links to external websites or third-party services, the Company is not responsible for the content, advertisements, products, or services available on those sites, nor for any damages resulting from their use.
Article 10 (Copyright)
