Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return or exchange it, providing details of your request. We will respond with further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer circumstances, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective/damaged product), we will cover the return and reshipping costs.
