Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and let us know the reason. We will then inform you of the necessary steps. If the return is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

If the reason for return or exchange is our error—such as an incorrect item, wrong quantity, or a defective (damaged/soiled) product—we will cover both the return shipping fees from you to us and the reshipping fees from us to you.

If we have a replacement of the same item in stock, we will exchange it. If not, we will issue a refund upon receiving the returned item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product is scratched, damaged, or soiled under the customer’s care
  • The product does not have its original packaging (bag, box, case)

  • More than 8 days have passed since the product was delivered
